About Me
I am an Interventional Cardiologist and Research Fellow at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University.
Currently, I serve as the Scientific Secretary of the National Basic Science Center for Panvascular Interventional Complex Systems, working directly under the leadership of Prof. Junbo Ge (Academician of CAS). In this role, I assist in coordinating national-level research initiatives while conducting my own translational research. I also serve as an Executive Committee Member of the Center of Cardiovascular Innovation of China (CCI).
My research bridges the critical gap between biomedical engineering and clinical cardiology. I specialize in translational medicine, spanning from large animal models (swine/canine) for preclinical validation to clinical investigation of novel interventional devices and flexible electronics.
This translational arc now extends into patients. I help drive the ongoing clinical programme of XINSORB, China's first fully bioresorbable coronary scaffold, where much of my work is the analysis and writing up of trial data now being prepared for presentation at EAPCI 2027 in Milan. It is the stage at which a device must prove not merely that it works, but that it belongs in the vessel receiving it.
My goal is to establish the "Device-Vessel Suitcordance" framework and accelerate the bench-to-bedside translation of next-generation medical technologies to significantly improve patient outcomes.

Panvascular Radar
A reading instrument for the intersection of interventional cardiology and engineering: intravascular imaging, bioresorbable scaffolds, drug-coated balloons, flexible electronics, digital twins and AI in coronary imaging. Queries run live against OpenAlex and every record links to its DOI, so nothing on the page is stored, ranked by hand or machine-written.

An open operator for device–vessel matching, applied with one parameter set across six arterial beds: coronary, femoropopliteal, below-the-knee, carotid, renal and iliac. Describe a lesion and it returns the four agreement axes, the time constant of the mismatch, and a device shortlist ranked by predicted 12-month event rate. Its free constants are fitted to 12 audited 12-month event rates, each shown with the endpoint it actually reports, and the page states what it can and cannot claim. A research prototype, not a clinical decision tool.

- [Sep 2026] Released the Suitcordance Bench, an open operator that treats device–vessel mismatch as one quantity on four agreement axes and applies it, with a single parameter set, across six arterial beds. It is a research prototype, and the page reports what went wrong as well as what worked: an adversarial audit of the sixteen literature values it was first calibrated against found that only three were figures the cited sources actually report at a commensurable endpoint, with the rest too high by factors of 1.0 to 5.8 and five traceable to a different endpoint in the correctly cited paper. The anchors were rebuilt with declared endpoint provenance and the operator refitted; the cross-bed transfer result remains negative.
